August 2026 - Three day Cotswolds Wedding Celebration

TWO YEARS OF PLANNING!
After two years of planning, Zara and Jonny asked me to step in and bring their vision to life for what would become an unforgettable three-day wedding celebration in the Cotswolds.
By the time we began working together, they had spent years carefully imagining every part of their wedding weekend. My job was to take all of those ideas, plans and details and make sure that when the time came, everything came together exactly as they had envisioned.
And honestly, understanding their vision was key to the success of this one.
From the overall atmosphere they wanted to create to the smaller details that would make the weekend feel personal to them, I loved getting stuck into the final preparations and pulling everything together. There is something so special about taking a couple's plans and being the person trusted to bring them to life - particularly after they have spent two years dreaming about the moment.
Of course, not every part of the job is quite as glamorous. In the middle of a 30+ degree heatwave, I found myself steaming table linen to make sure every last detail was just right. But that's the reality of wedding days, and I wouldn't have had it any other way.
Seeing everything finally come together, welcoming guests into the spaces Zara and Jonny had imagined for so long, and watching them simply enjoy the celebration was such a rewarding moment. I was so happy with how the entire weekend turned out.
I also had the pleasure of meeting and working alongside some incredibly talented suppliers, all of whom played a part in making the weekend what it was. A huge shout-out to every one of them — it was a pleasure to work alongside such a brilliant team.
A weekend full of beautiful details, brilliant people and plenty of unforgettable moments.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Nicola highly enough. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and played such a huge part in making our three-day wedding in the Cotswolds everything we had dreamed of and more.
From the very beginning, Nicola completely understood our vision and somehow brought it to life even better than we could have imagined. She went above and beyond at every single opportunity, taking care of every detail and solving problems before we even knew there was a problem to solve. She kept everything running seamlessly, made sure timings were kept, and somehow managed to do it all with a smile on her face throughout!
She truly did whatever it took to make our weekend perfect — including steaming table linen in the middle of a Cotswolds lawn in 28-degree heat! It’s moments like that which really show just how dedicated she is.
And it wasn’t just the big things. Nicola thought of all the little details that made us feel so cared for. After the wedding, she hung my wedding dress and veil beautifully and arranged my bouquet in water alongside all of our cards and gifts, ready for us to wake up to the following morning. It was such a thoughtful and incredibly special touch, and something we will always remember.
Knowing that Nicola was running everything meant we could completely relax and enjoy our wedding with our family and friends, without having to worry about a thing. We genuinely don’t think the weekend would have been anywhere near as incredible without her.
It was so special working with Nicola, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. She is exceptionally talented, dedicated, thoughtful and wonderful at what she does, and we would recommend her to anyone planning their wedding without hesitation.
