A LITTLE BIT OF IBIZA, AT YNYSHIR!
A year of planning, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, an Ibiza-inspired party vibe and a stretch tent that had other ideas on the morning of the wedding!
From the moment I started working with M&M, it was clear they wanted something a little different. They loved Ibiza and wanted to bring that exclusive, fun atmosphere to their intimate wedding at Ynyshir, combining incredible food, great drinks and a celebration that felt completely personal to them.
Over the year leading up to their wedding, I worked with the couple and the team at Ynyshir to shape the experience, from developing their menu and drinks offering to creating the overall atmosphere. The stretch tent was central to their vision, providing the perfect backdrop for their outdoor ceremony and the celebrations that followed.
And then came the wedding day!
Of course, things don't always go quite to plan. Strong winds had damaged the stretch tent that morning, putting the outdoor ceremony at risk before the day had even begun. But this is exactly where I love being involved. Staying calm, working with the team to find solutions and keeping everything moving, all while making sure M&M could focus on enjoying their wedding.
Alongside coordinating suppliers, managing last-minute changes and answering guests' questions, I also managed to weave in a few extra surprises to make the day even more personal. Those little touches are often what make a celebration truly memorable.
So much of what I do happens behind the scenes, but it makes all the difference to how a couple experiences their day. I want them to feel they can completely switch off, trust that everything is in hand and enjoy every moment with the people they love.
Seeing M&M's vision come together, with Ynyshir's incredible food and hospitality at its heart and that Ibiza-inspired party atmosphere running throughout, was such a rewarding moment.

A LITTLE NOTE FROM THE COUPLE.
From the first call with Nicola and Ynyshir, we knew, we were ‘IN’. Her personable approach and ability to make the seemingly impossible a reality meant our entire wedding planning journey was effortless, we really can’t thank or recommend Nicola and Eleve enough, and the following is just a snapshot of the incredible service we received.
When we arrived at the venue on the big day we initially thought about how much we had to do, but then we realised, we had Nicola! And she had everything sorted, including things we couldn’t have possibly imagined. In that moment we were both able to relax entirely, focussing on ourselves and our special day, as we seamlessly moved from perfect moment to perfect moment, all curated and managed by Nicola, and she also managed to sneak some extra little surprises into our day that made even more special and unique.
Nicola’s ability to coordinate multiple different vendors, whilst dealing with random questions from wedding guests, short notice changes, and still appear exactly when you need her with whilst being completely unflappable is something to behold. Especially when our wedding day started with Nicola having to deal with a storm damaged stretch tent and the outdoor ceremony potentially being jeopardised by more strong winds. But luckily, even Mother Nature was influenced by Nicola’s composure and positivity, and we had the most special and personal experience we could have ever imagined.
