Let Me Bring Your Vision To Life.
MEET NICOLA.
I’m Nicola, the founder and lead planner behind Elevé Collective Events, a luxury wedding planning studio based in Wales. My journey into weddings began in the world of Michelin-starred dining, where I developed a deep appreciation for precision, creativity, and truly exceptional service. That experience continues to shape everything I do today.
To me, luxury is never about excess. It’s about thoughtfulness, intention, and the quiet confidence that every detail has been carefully considered. I bring a calm, organised presence to every celebration, creating a space where you can feel completely at ease and fully supported from start to finish.
One of the most meaningful parts of my work is getting to know each couple personally - understanding your story, your style, and what matters most to you. From there, I craft a wedding experience that feels beautifully cohesive, effortlessly elegant, and entirely your own.
Over the past decade, I’ve built strong relationships with some of the UK’s most talented chefs, venues, and creative partners. This allows me to offer opportunities and experiences that go far beyond the expected - all thoughtfully curated to reflect you.
Whether you’re envisioning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, my aim is always the same: to make the planning feel seamless, the atmosphere feel natural, and your wedding day feel truly unforgettable.
BEHIND THE BUSINESS
When I’m not bringing wedding visions to life, you’ll find me at Ynyshir Restaurant & Rooms, where I’m General Manager and Events Manager at the two Michelin-starred restaurant. Food and drink have always been a lifelong passion, and I’ve been incredibly fortunate to be part of Ynyshir’s remarkable story - as well as explore some of the most inspiring restaurants across the UK and Europe.
Outside of work, life is all about balance - spending time with my fiancé (finally able to say that after 18 years!) walking the mountains, exploring castles, or heading out for a drive, I’m a bit of a petrol head too.
I feel truly lucky to do what I love, connect with amazing people, and create celebrations that feel as unforgettable as the stories behind them.
