Nicola is the Founder and Lead Planner of Elevé Collective Events. With a background shaped by years in Michelin-starred dining, she approaches wedding planning with the same precision, artistry, and dedication to flawless service. For Nicola, true luxury isn’t about excess-it’s about care, intention, and ensuring every detail works seamlessly to create something unforgettable.

Over more than a decade, she has cultivated trusted partnerships with the UK’s finest chefs, venues, and creative collaborators—opening doors to experiences far beyond the standard supplier list. Behind The Business
I’m Nicola, General Manager and Events Manager at the two Michelin-starred Ynyshir Restaurant & Rooms. Food and drink have always been a true passion of mine, and I’ve been lucky enough to explore some of the finest restaurants across the UK and Europe - slowly ticking off that ultimate restaurant bucket list!
When I’m not at the restaurant or planning an event, you’ll usually find me with my fiancé (finally able to say that after 18 years!) either walking the mountains, exploring castles or out on a drive - yes, I’m a bit of a petrol head too.
I’ve been fortunate to work on some extraordinary events and connect with so many incredible people along the way. I can’t wait to meet you and help bring your vision to life.
